The Gite is in a seperate stone building within the garden and has a south facing elevated balcony with stunning views across the valley.
The light spacious living area (35 m2) has many old features but the convenience of a modern
fitted kitchen with full size electric hob and oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and is well equipped for cooking and dining for up to 8 people.
The loung area has comfortable seating for relaxing in front of the open fire. It is equipped with flatscreen TV connected to Freesat, DVD player and radio. There is access via French doors to the elevated balcony(12m2) where there are table and chairs for alfresco dining while enjoying the views over the pool and garden and valley beyond. A wooden staircase leads down to the pool.
Downstairs the master bedroom (11.7m2 ) has a built in wardrobe, king size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, basin ,WC ,heated towel rail and shaver point.
There is a separate shower room off the living area with shower, WC, basin and shaver socket.
Upstairs is the second bedroom (11.97 m2) with two velux windows; it has two single beds with the possibility of a third.
The Gite has a total area of 66.5 m2 not including the balcony.
A laundry room with a sink and washing machine is accessed from the garden patio at the base of the staircase.
There is internet WiFi.
If needed we can provide a cot, high chair and baby gates.
To make an easy start to your holiday we provide you with a few essentials including bin bags, paper towels, loo rolls, tinfoil, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil , dishwasher tablets and some cleaning products.
